In this article we will walk you through the steps of setting up your FusionUC iOS or Android App for the first time.
Step 1. Open a chrome browser window or tab and proceed to this address: https://intellivoice.us
Step 2. At the top of the page, please click on FusionUC Portal. (See image below)
Step 3. Setup your Fusion Portal by clicking on “Are you a new user?” (See image below)
Next enter your email address and click Send
Step 4. You will receive an email from IntelliVoice with Subject “Your New Phone System Account”. Please take note of the Login Name (You will need it for the FusionUC App Login Screen). If you don’t see the email check JUNK or SPAM folders.
Step 5. Please click on the button in the email that says Complete Setup. Enter a Strong Password and Voicemail PIN (Minimum of 6 Digits) and Click Save. (You will need the Password you created for the FusionUC App Login Screen).
Step 6. Open the FusionUC App on your iOS or Android Device. Enter the Login Name you recorded from the Welcome Email, then Enter the Password you created in the Welcome Email.
Step 7. You will need to accept all of the requests to access your microphone etc, but you are not required to allow access to your contact unless you desire to.
